  • Deep Tropics will comply with all state and city guidelines at the time of the festival.

  • All staff will be temperature-checked each day of the event.

  • All service vendors required to wear masks.

  • Our eco-stations will be equipped with sanitation placed around the festival.

  • On site medical professionals.

  • Our site has a square footage of over 250,000 (nearly six acres).

  • Our “Earth Guardians” will facilitate that all high-touch surfaces are routinely cleaned.

  • Cashless system at all bars, merch and vendor booths to reduce touch points.

  • The wearing of masks or cloth face coverings is strongly encouraged.

  • All attendees will have the opportunity to purchase an individually shrink wrapped DT branded and commemorative bandana (at cost) upon entry to the festival.

  • We will be eliminating our reusable cup program and replacing it with compostable cups.

  • We have intentionally spread out programming and site design to optimize flow of traffic.

  • We will adapt these guidelines and deliverables as we learn more.


    If you have been experiencing any of the below, we ask that you do not attend Deep Tropics for the good of the community.

  • Tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days

  • Experienced the following COVID-19 symptoms in the past two weeks: cough, shortness of breath OR two of any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.

  • Been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient within the past 14 days.

  • Been in contact with a person who is currently being screened or under COVID-19 quarantine by a medical or governmental official.

  • Travelled to any place, internationally or domestically, that is considered high risk for COVID-19, in the past two weeks.
