Turn your Tropic Traveler Pass to Tropic Traveler PLUS. Upgrades are available online and at the box office while supplies last.

Bags - We are allowing small bags, which will be subject to search at the gate.
Bottles - You can bring in empty water containers (hydroflasks, etc). Camel Packs are also accepted.

Uber/Lyft is recommended. There are also various lots surrounding and nearby the park along with plenty of street parking

We have mindfully curated our food vendors with a wide variety of options for all diets which include great vegan, veggie & meat based options.

  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol)
  • Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12″×12″)
  • Scooters, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles (with the exception of disability-related items)
  • Pets (except documented service animals)
  • Professional radios or walkie-talkies
  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed
  • No solicitation and/or promotional materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
  • Weapons or explosives of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • Bicycles and Skateboards inside festival grounds (Free Bike/Skate valet is available)
  • Carts or wagons of any kind

  • Small bags, single-compartment backpacks, plush backpacks, purses & empty hydropacks (maximum 12″x12″)

  • Gum (must be sealed upon entry)
  • E-cigs/vapes (no E-liquid or E-juice of any kind will be allowed)
  • Binoculars
  • Cameras (no detachable lenses) – must be without equipment attachments such as camera stands, selfie sticks, tripods, and monopods
  • Empty CamelBak-type hydration packs and water bottles (Aluminum or Stainless Steel), No Single-Use Plastic Water bottles permitted
  • Rain ponchos / umbrella (hand-held ONLY and no bigger than 42 in. when open)
  • Flags/banners or handmade signs (no corporate/company-branded materials, no hard flagpoles)
  • Hula hoops
  • Personal misting fan with bottle no larger than 1.5L (must be empty upon entering the event)
  • Selfie sticks
  • Sunscreen lotion

The festival organizers work diligently to make sure that the event is open regardless of the weather patterns, however, in severe and dangerous weather conditions, your safety is our number one priority. In the event of lightning, heavy rains, storms, or strong wind, protocols must be followed. This may mean a temporary or permanent closing of the festival.
The event is considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Please keep an eye on the weather and plan accordingly. As always, please be sure to listen to any updates from Deep Tropics staff regarding your safety.
